So I have been in a WHIRLWIND of emotions lately Mostly AMAZING, but I have had a couple of setbacks! I have not meant to neglect this blog, but I have been super excited promoting the comeback of ONE of my MANY FAVORITE movies of all time! I have a Petition to bring #DeadandBreakfast, and epic B Movie from 2004 that people around me seem to have missed completely! I have a petition up to #bringitback from the dead! Anyway, on with my post! There was this guy, some random guy who was in some band. Anyway, this guy posts a LOT of stuff on his FB, A LOT! I pretty much saw his stuff 80% of my feed, and a LOT of it was REALLY good stuff!!! Well he messaged me in a private window and said "you should slow down on sharing and liking my posts, people will thing you are OBSESSED with me"....
Now come on... REALLY? are you REALLY that full of yourself?
OK.... 1. I have a boyfriend, I love him dearly, and he is WAY more attractive to me (especially after that ugly self-absorbed display of narcissism!) and probably a HELL of a lot nicer and less egotistic than you, no way in HELL I would leave him for your POSTS! GET A CLUE MAN! And MY BOYFRIEND was WITNESS to these comments he made, by the way! lol and 2. Just because people Like and share your stuff, doesn't mean they want in your pants, OK? and his response? "I don't have an ego"
Yeah, that's why you think people who like your posts ARE IN LOVE WITH YOU! HAHA!
So I Blocked his dumb ego driven butt. Do people obsessed with you BLOCK YOU? I don't think so. An the ONLY reason I bring it up right now, is its MY BLOG and MY RIGHT,... and in NO way am I saying your name on here, so there! You get no publicity! THANKS for signing my PETITION FIRST THOUGH! LMAO! and this is the last time I EVER mention it again!! :-P

I think I handled it pretty well, USUALLY I would defend myself longer but I decided his dumb butt wasn't worth it, he can go be in love with himself by himself! Too bad though, he did have good posts, oh well, social media always finds its way back around!
False Patents
So anyway, I was on my Zazzle account, and ANOTHER piece of mine was DENIED (BTW, THIS one wasn't Zazzle's fault really, I am not mad them for THIS instance! I mostly love their site!!) I was PISSED, they "Claimed"
Design contains an image or text that may infringe on intellectual property rights. We have been contacted by the intellectual property right holder and we will be removing your product from Zazzle’s Marketplace due to infringement claims.
Hmm.....so I wrote them back that I didn't know what they meant, and could they specify WHY or WHO claimed that they were the property holder, "because it was MY WORK, no one else"
I was informed of this evil company trying to claim ownership of a word, one of which I will NEVER EVER use again, though it starts with a Z, and they use art as THERAPY and MEDITATION... if you get my drift.... I decided to name them the Voldemort of ART... VoldemART (their REAL name being the name of which never to say or use!!)
Basically I am not allowed to refer to a WORD (that has been DENIED 8 times by the patent offices btw maybe they are in DENIAL of being denied so many times!) (Oh, take a look in the comments in the link above, Pay special attention to comment #25 PenandInk777, Aug 15th, 2012 @ 1:17am

I was also informed in the letter that if I just didn't use the word, meaning titled it something else, my work would be fine..... So I did! (My image shows up in the link/image above, yet still not on my ZAZZLE site.... HMMM)
So I decided that I will call my doodle work DAY-DOODLES, I put it back up, and it was approved (at least it SEAMS to have been..), and will sell it that way! I will not be a part of their system, I will NEVER promote their system, in my lifetime. Here is a great article if you ask yourself "what is the difference between Doodles, and VoldemART?" Though I still cannot put my MARILYN piece up on Zazzle, because they "claim" I am violating celebrity rights, they still have 136 pages of Marilyn products that are just PHOTOS and slightly Changed photo graphics as WELL as ARTWORK (and how many of them do you HONESTLY think TOOK those photos of her? huh?) and 56 pages of Marilyn Monroe Products, yet I still cannot use MY art that I created that expresses MY connection with her and her connection to others, of what makes her human... but putting her all over in sexy poses, showing the BOMBSHELL, that wasn't the REAL her, BUT THAT is OK to THEM apparently, THAT I still will never agree with!
Apparently Connection to people is Bad, and Using them as a Sex Symbol is good!!
There are PLENTY of sources that tell you about the woman BEHIND the Sex Symbol, she had anxiety, she had insecurities, she WAS HUMAN! Forgive me for relating to a sex symbol! I in NO way disrespect Marilyn Monroe, she was a beautiful soul who was misrepresented and had to hide her true self because she was seemingly owned buy the companies that used her image! I am not using her, I celebrate the TRUE WOMAN, insecurities and all!

I am also helping people who have trouble believing they aren't alone in this world with their feelings and fears. I used to believe I WAS ALONE! That NO ONE felt like I did. When I found out that MARILYN had ANXIETY, I SAW that That NO ONE is perfect, and celebrities are REAL PEOPLE, that have REAL feelings, and issues too. And just because celebrities have issues, doesn't mean that they should be put in glass cases and PRETEND that they are PERFECT and IGNORE their issues.
Tabloids/paparazzi make money off harassing celebrities, Why am I getting harassed because I can RELATE to one, or many??
I didn't even CHANGE anything about Marilyn, I just remarked on her humanism instead of using her image for sex appeal.
AND if you REALLY had a problem with Celebrity LIKENESS, NO celebrity image or name would be on Zazzle yet I see TONS, I see Quotes of famous people alive and dead, NOR would you be using MONEY, you know CASH or CHANGE?? Because as far as I remember, THERE ARE THE LIKENESS OF DEAD PRESIDENTS on them, NOR would we still have all of the old movies, books especially HISTORY books, magazines, photos, of ANYONE ever alive or dead anywhere in the world unless they okayed the use SPECIFICALLY... Including Biographies and MOVIES about the peoples real lives...

according to your response to me and my ART, wouldn't ALL of THOSE products be violating THEIR rights? Go ask Donald Trump if EVERY one of those images is OK with him, and then get back to me. I think there are Definitely a few that HE would NOT approve of. That I am sure goes for Hillary too! YET ALL OF them are approved! And wheres mine? OH yeah on Fine Art America!

You don't seem to have a problem using Disney's Pocahontas on your products, about 30 pages of products. THAT did not depict the EXACT story of Pocahontas, yet it was exaggerated and changed to fit THEIR story, with ARTISTIC LICENSE. There are MANY people I have heard that had a problem with that, yet Disney still did it...
